Before our call, you’ll receive a questionnaire that allows me to review your current situation so that I will be able to provide concrete action steps for you to remove your stress, confusion and overwhelm during the time we spend together.

In the hour we spend together, I will lead you to uncover what your soul wants and needs, how your soul wants to be supported using a variety of tools. I’ll also provide you with concrete steps to help you navigate the moving soul journey so that at the end of the call, you will feel empowered, nurtured and trusting your own intuition.
